Player Development
DYL believes that all boys should have the opportunity to play lacrosse in a safe and supportive environment and that the goals and values of the program should be universally understood. Beyond that, each player should be developing as a result of good coaching and personal effort. The Player Development Program captures the goals of our youth lacrosse program and has a grade-by-grade set of guidelines that will define what is to be "Introduced, Developing and Proficient" per grade. This document also addresses common terminology we use to prepare the boys for a smooth transition to High School lacrosse.
